Eiffage has signed a €1 billion syndicated credit line
Eiffage announces that it has signed a €1 billion syndicated credit line. Closed under excellent conditions, this operation was 25% oversubscribed, highlighting the markets’ confidence in Eiffage.
This new general corporate purposes line of credit has replaced the existing undrawn €700 million facility, maturing in December 2015. It offers significantly improved financial conditions, for a five-year period, with two possible extensions for one year each.
This credit line further strengthen the Group’s liquidity, while extending the average maturity of its available financial resources.
The 16 banks involved cover a vast geographical area:

Banco Sabadell, Banco Santander, BBVA, BNP Paribas, CA Group, CM-CIC Group, Natixis, SG Group, Unicredit
- Mandated arrangers:
BTMU, Banque Postale, Commerzbank, ING, Mizuho, RBC, SMBC
